Screelo is a digital software subscription. This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.
Subscriptions & auto-renewal
Plans are billed via Stripe and automatically renew at the end of each billing period — monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose — until you cancel.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time from your Billing settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops all future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for — after that, the subscription simply does not renew.
14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind within 14 days of your purchase and you have not used the service — meaning you have not generated any videos or consumed any credits — email us and we'll refund you in full. Because the costs of AI generation, storage and processing are incurred the moment you create something, once you have consumed credits your purchase is non-refundable. We don't provide refunds or prorated credit for partial billing periods or unused time after cancellation beyond this guarantee.
EU/UK customers — right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU/UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. At checkout you expressly request that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that, once you start using it, you are liable for the value of what you have already used. Our 14-day money-back guarantee above is more generous than the statutory minimum: you can get a full refund as long as you have not consumed any credits.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable mandatory law, or refunds we may issue at our sole discretion (for example, a duplicate charge or a confirmed billing error). Contact us and we'll make it right.
